Rites of Spring

I don’t mean to rub it in to those of you still staring at piles of snow, but it’s springtime in Sacramento. The daffodils are blooming and we left our windows open all day on Sunday. I’m afraid there are few days left to wear an enormous, woolen, blanket skirt.

Sweater, Moda International. Shirt, American Apparel. Skirt, Chaus Jeanswear (consignment). Boots, Joe’s. Sunglasses, Target. Scarf, swap..

Zoro was out enjoying the spring air this afternoon. I’m glad to see it. He’s approaching 11 years old and may not have many springs left.

Aw, Zoro is lovely! No rubbing in happening here - we're having a really mild winter too. The snowdrops are all out, and the daffodils are a couple of weeks away. It was warm enough not to need a coat! I also need to squeeze in another wear of my fluffy pink Muppet skirt before it's way too warm for it. Love your skirt!

Sheila - Zoro really is a great cat. I don't chime in often, but I enjoy seeing appreciation for our furry family. :)

You look wonderful (fantastic mixture of clothes and colour!) and Zoro does, too! :)

No snow in Northern Germany either ...

Zoro is so cute! Nice outfit too! Would be very appropriate for Valentine's Day, if you dress for that.

This outfit and the two following are absolute perfection. I love that you can be classy and edgy, and wear Star Wars shirts (and somehow make it business casual and not like you're trying to be 16... how do you do that?), all with style that is definitely standout-ish in a good way.
